1) July 4 is my favorite hoilday because half of my famliy does it. I would be at my papa's house to throw some fireworks in the sky. After all the fireworks are in the sky we go out to eat and then we go home. I get in the shower and go to sleep. Desean  December 2, 2009, 1:19 pm

3) My favorite holiday is Easter because it is two of my favorite things, egg hunting and looking at what is in them. Every Easter morning my family and I go to my grandpa's and grandma's club and there is another egg hunt and we have breakfast and go see a fake easter bunny. 4) My favorite holiday that I celebrate is Chinese New Year. We eat moon cake and I don't like the yolk that's inside of it. We also put special lights on. When I am ten I will go to China for one or two years.I get to pick. I'm going because my mom wants me to see my grandma, and my sister is going too. I will see her for one year if she stays for two years.

5) My favorite holiday is Diwali because there are lots of lights and candles and I like lights and candles. In Diwali usually there are tons of dances and they sing a lot. Also me and my friends [ priya, angele, emily, angele 2, hemali, urja, Ria, and Ria 2] get to all do a dance together in front of a huge public. In India we keep our windows open so the god, laxmi Mata can take her gift. While she takes her gift we usaly go out of the house.There are tons of relatives. In Illinois there are two diwalis. On the first diwali all the indians come but on the second Diwali only one part of the people who came to the big diwali would come because they want to do it in the other place and if they would all come then lots of people would not be able to see the performances. 13) My family celebrates Eid. We eat interesting food that you don't eat at the U.S.A., like sheep and goat. In Sudan, the only thing we eat is cake. At early morning, children go all by themselves and say "Eid Mubarack!". At night, their parents go with them. At the second Eid, we get presents. I can't wait to have another Eid!
