"Who are you?" Podcast
Summary
Students will analyze six characteristics that a person they admire has. After brainstorming these traits, they will create a poem about someone they admire; becoming that person (writing in first person as if they are that person) students will then create a vocal track of them reading their poem (with expression) using Garage Band. Additionally, students will choose three pictures (one per stanza) that they feel represent the person that they have become.
Students will have the opportunity to present their I am' podcasts to their class.
The Audience:
Students will be creating this primarily for me, so apparently I am their primary audience. Their secondary audience would be their classmates since they will have the opportunity to present this to their class.
