The mission of the Owen Marsh PTO is to promote communication and cooperation between the home and school environments, to promote the welfare of Owen Marsh Elementary School students, to encourage parent involvement, to promote a cooperative spirit in the improvement of all aspects of students' education and to help provide items/resources needed by the school which aren't funded in the regular school budget.
