VIA/Literacy
VIA/Literacy, a grant funded program of Springfield School District 186, provides free tutoring to help adults to improve basic literacy skills in the areas of reading, writing, math, and English as a Second Language (ESL).
VIA/Literacy partners with Lincoln Library in order to provide literacy programs.
