Cross Country practices will start with Coach Ostermeier beginning Aug, 30th from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The first meet will be Thursday Sept. 2nd at Lincoln Park for those that have attended a total of at least 3 practices with Mrs. Ostermeier or Mr. Nellessen over the past few days. Cross Country is open to 5th - 8th grade students that like to run distance.

Tryouts for softball will be held Monday, July 26th at 4:30-6:30 at SOUTHEAST HIGH SCHOOL.

Softball Tryouts:
Softball Tryouts will be held on Monday, July 26, 2010 from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. at Lincoln Magnet School. All interested girls in grades 6, 7, and 8 are invited to come out!

All applications received by the January 29, 2010 deadline have now been processed. The Lottery for vacancies for the 2010-2011 school was held in February. Families were notified the first week in March if they had been accepted. All other applicants were placed on the waiting list. New applications will still be accepted in the school office and will be placed on the waiting list after those applicants from the Lottery.

Vacancies may occur in the summer or even the first week of school. Phone calls will be made to families should a vacancy occur then. Please keep all phone numbers and addresses current with the SBCS office. If you have any questions, call our school office at 525-3275.
