JMS Mission Statement
The mission of Jefferson Middle School is to educate and adapt to student needs by collaborating as professional learning communities, which include families, students, staff, and the community. Through this collaboration we will guide students to become problem solvers, creative thinkers, and confident, assertive individuals.

Registration Forms
Registrations forms for students entering 7th and 8th grade went home with students today (Friday, Jan. 27th) and must be completed signed, front and back, and returned before or by February 7th. Students entering the 9th grade will receive registration forms on Wednesday, February 1st.
Door Safety
When you come to JMS, please be prepared to identify yourself after you press the buzzer at the main doors. A secretary will ask you to give your name and the reason for needing entrance to the building. Please do not take offense. Our goal is to maintain a secure building for the safety of your child(ren) and all JMS employees.
Attention 8th Grade Students!
8th grade students will need to pass 8 SEMESTERS of coursework to be eligible to take DRIVERS ED freshman year of high school. Your Guidance Dean will be keeping track of this.
