Our goal in Springfield District 186 is to assure that every student is able to read grade-level text fluently with understanding and to clearly communicate through listening, speaking and writing. To achieve this goal, teachers follow a systematic plan for administering and analyzing assessments in order to make informed decisions when planning classroom instruction and developing plans for intervention.
